We are absolutely delighted to announce that the wonderful Daisy Peacock is visiting from Plymouth and joining us for this beautiful event.  

Join us on the 14th of July for a transformative evening with the focus being around the New Moon in Cancer. 

We will be focusing on nurturing the sacral chakra and connecting with the water element. Through a gentle yoga flow, you’ll harmonize your body and mind, embracing the fluidity and creativity associated with both the sacral chakra and Cancer’s watery nature. 

Following the yoga practice, we will engage in releasing journaling exercises, providing a safe space to reflect, release emotional blockages, and set intentions for the new lunar cycle. 

Concluding the evening with a recharging Yoga Nidra session which will guide you into deep relaxation, allowing for profound rest and rejuvenation. Join us for this holistic journey to balance and renew.
